Yellow Butterfly Coffee is a Puerto Rican coffee brand that made Seattle their headquarters in 2021. Their coffee comes from the town of Jayuya, PR in the region of Tres Picachos one of the highest mountains of The island with an elevation of 1,205 m above sea level (3,953 ft) cultivated by Jose "Macho” Martinez.
